By using Xuvero ("service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, cease using the service.

2. Description of Service

Xuvero provides free and paid online tools for processing text, images, data, and other digital resources.

3. User Account

• Some features require registration
• You are responsible for your account's security
• One account per individual

4. Permissible Use

Prohibited actions include:

• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Automated mass usage (bots, scraping)
• Attempting to bypass free plan limitations
• Uploading harmful content
• Intellectual property rights violation

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Xuvero are our property. The results of processing your data belong to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for data loss when using the tools.

7. Paid Services

The Pro plan offers extended access. Payment is processed via Stripe. Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after changes means you agree to the new terms.
